These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you pay, and check your order carefully: decorated garments are made to your specification.

1. About us

2. Bundles and quotes

Bundles are sold at the fixed price shown, for the fixed number of garments shown. Mixing colours and sizes within a bundle does not change the price, and every garment in the bundle must be allocated before it can be added to your basket.

Anything outside a bundle is quoted individually. A quotation is not an order: we confirm the price and details in writing, and nothing is made until you accept it.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. A bundle price includes decoration in the position shown on the bundle page. Back embroidery or print is an optional upgrade, charged per garment at the price shown before you add the bundle to your basket. Any delivery charge, discount and tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken by card when you place your order. Card payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your full card details. For questions about an invoice or a payment, email [email protected].

4. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us starts when we email you to confirm the order. If we cannot go ahead with an order, for example because the artwork supplied cannot be reproduced to an acceptable standard, we will tell you and refund your payment in full.

5. Your artwork

By uploading a logo or other artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you agree to cover any costs we incur if someone claims that reproducing it infringes their rights. We do not reproduce artwork that is unlawful or offensive.

We check every file before production. Fine detail sometimes needs simplifying so it stitches or prints cleanly; if a change is more than minor, we contact you before going ahead.

6. Colours, sizes and placement

Thread and print colours are matched as closely as practical, but may look slightly different from how they appear on screen. Garment sizes follow the manufacturer's sizing, and logo placement can vary slightly from one garment to the next, as with all decorated garments.

7. Personalised goods and cancellations

Because decorated garments are made to your specification, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to them. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started we may not be able to make changes.

8. Production, delivery and collection

Most bundle orders are produced within 7–10 working days of artwork approval. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. You can collect your order free of charge, or have it sent by tracked UK courier. Delivery is free on orders over £150.00; below that the delivery charge shown at checkout applies (see delivery & collection).

The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered or collected. They become yours once we have received payment in full.

9. Faulty or incorrect goods

If anything arrives faulty or not as ordered, tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of receiving it and with photos if you can. We will repair, replace or refund the affected items. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

If you are buying for a business, our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
